Sue Nador

Sue consults in human resources
and communications. Prior to co-founding NVision Consulting, Sue worked
with William M. Mercer and the Winter Consulting Group, serving clients
in a range of industries including financial services, hospitality,
petrochemicals, publishing, pharmaceutical, marketing, retail and public
utilities, as well as the public service and not-for-profit sectors. She
has been a featured speaker, commentator and writer in a number of
forums including the Human Resources Professionals Association of
Ontario, Ontario Society for Training and Development, and Canadian HR
Reporter. She is currently on the Toronto Leadership Committee and the
National Executive of the Canadian Human Resource Planners. She is
active in the community and is past Chair of the Elizabeth Fry Society
of Toronto, past Board Member and Literacy Tutor of Parkdale Project
Read, and a Literacy Tutor in the public school system. |

Joel Alleyne is Chief
Information and Knowledge Officer for Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Mr.
Alleyne has worked extensively with clients in professional service,
healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, finance and government
organizations. He was appointed in 2004 to the Entovation 100 Global
Knowledge Leadership Map which includes several global thought leaders
and practitioners in the field who play a role in shaping the new
knowledge-based economy. Joel is Practitioner in Residence at the
Knowledge Media Design Institute - University of Toronto and a faculty
member/senior researcher with the Kaieteur Institute For Knowledge
Management. |

Ann Hawkins

Ann Hawkins has over
twenty-five years' experience helping to create and lead effective
organizations. She has worked with private, public and not-for-profit
organizations internally as a Vice President Human Resources and
externally as a Consultant in the field of Organization Effectiveness.
She was Director, Human Resources and a member of the Management
Committee at Ortho Pharmaceutical Canada Limited (a subsidiary of
Johnson & Johnson) and Vice President, Human Resources in the Retail
Division of Imasco Limited. Ann's clients include organizations in
municipal government, health care, financial services, insurance,
telecommunications, high tech, manufacturing, transportation and travel
and hospitality sectors. She is a founder and Director of the Leading
Strategic Change program at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management,
University of Toronto. In a volunteer capacity Ann is currently a member
of the board of the Brescia University College Foundation. She is
immediate Past-President of the Registered Nurses Foundation of Ontario,
and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Dorothy M. Wylie, Nursing
Leadership Institute. Ann has also served as a Governor of the YMCA of
Metropolitan Toronto, a Director of the HRPAO, President of Opportunity
for Advancement (a United Way agency providing outreach to women), a
Director of Outward Bound Canada and a Director of the Boulevard Club.

Tony Kerekes

Tony provides human resources and
communications consulting expertise, drawing on his experience as a
human resources professional in training, compensation and benefits, and
as a change agent reporting to the President of Black Photo. Working in
the financial services, retail, aerospace, technology and healthcare
industries, Tony has introduced innovative human resources programs
ranging from vision-building to compensation and teaming. He has also
developed communication strategies and materials to gain employee
understanding and support for successful culture change and merger
integration. Tony has served as President of the Human Resources
Professionals of York Region, and has been actively involved with the
Canadian Association of HR Planners, the Toronto Board of Trade and
other industry groups. His clients include Ciba-Geigy, Apple, Astra
Pharma, IOF, Xerox, Bata, Deloitte &Touche, Revlon and DuPont.

Jennifer Kerr

Correctional Services |
Jennifer Kerr has
contributed 20 years to the Ontario Justice Ministries. She has been a
Senior Analyst with the Justice Sector Knowledge Management Project
since its inception in 2000, where she helped to develop a sector-wide
Knowledge Management Strategy. She now creates generic, non-technology
KM tools, develops and delivers KM education, collaborates with other
corporate initiatives to ensure that KM activities and behaviours get
embedded into regular business processes, and works directly with
business areas to help them develop and implement their own KM
strategies. In September 2003, Jennifer introduced the Knowledge
Transfer Guide, a planning tool to help identify and capture key
knowledge from exiting employees that is now used as part of the KM
curriculum for senior managers across the Ontario Public Service.

Joanne F. Milligan
The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences |
Joanne F. Milligan
is Vice President, Human Resources and Organization Development at The
Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences. Her role is to build and
champion the implementation of the People Strategy for this
organization. For the past 25 years Joanne has worked in healthcare,
specifically in hospitals within acute care, geriatric care, long term
care and mental health sectors. Joanne received her BScN (Bachelor of
Science in Nursing) from the University of Ottawa and her MPA (Masters
in Public Administration) from Queen's University.
