Steven is currently focused on assessing procurement organization

assisting clients in realizing benefits through technological solutions.
He has expertise in improving efficiency with effective e-procurement
solutions, implementation issues, ERP application implementations,
system integration and custom application solution delivery. Steven is
actively involved in defining strategies and tactical solutions for
clients within the context of e-markets and e-procurement.

Linda Tuck Chapman is Vice-President of Strategic
Sourcing at Scotiabank. She provides leadership to developing supplier
arrangements for all externally purchased goods and services in Canada
and over 50 international locations where the bank conducts business or
holds a majority ownership in retail banks. Linda's mandates include
procurement process redesign and streamlining, cost reductions,
e-procurement, consortium arrangements, supplier performance and
contract maintenance.

Jodi S. Nakelsky is Director of
Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, at Scotiabank. Most
recently, she has been leading Scotiabank's e-purchasing strategy and
business process improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Scotiabank,
Jodi was a consultant in AT Kearney's Toronto Office, where her projects
focused on strategic sourcing and process reengineering initiatives for
the financial services, manufacturing and transportation industries.

Jean François Desjardins is Site
Director of Procurement at Bombardier Aerospace Inc. in Toronto. He is
responsible for procurement for the de Havilland operation centre, with
purchasing at approximately a billion dollars Canadian per year. He has
been part of Bombardier procurement for more than 10 years, dealing
directly with a supplier base concentrated in North America, Europe and
Asia.

Frank Montimurro is Associate Director
of Supply-Chain Operations at Bell Canada. Frank is responsible for
establishing strategic objective performance targets and for the
execution of a supplier performance management measurement program for
strategic vendors. He led a team of internal user groups and external
third-party contractors in the redesign of an integrated supply chain
and implemented "best practice" techniques in the supply chain
operations group, such as advanced optimization planning, vendor-managed
inventory and supplier equipment consignment implementations.

Sue Gadsby is Director of Procurement at
Apotex Holdings Inc. The Apotex group of companies researches, develops,
manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products to more than 115
countries around the globe. Sue has more than 20 years experience in
supply and logistics management in several industries. At Apotex, she
has been responsible for indirect and direct procurement and an in-depth
reengineering project to develop a central procurement organization.
