Ten years from now, the visible minority population in Canada is expected to grow to between 6 to 8.5 million people. The workforce will be driven by immigration. and workplaces like the CBC must keep up with the trend. From a strategic standpoint, it is not enough to simply reflect the people you serve; an organization must also be able to relate to them. As such, your organization must hire strategically as well as equitably.
