Inventory Management Solutions

 

Dennis Lord is an internationally recognized educator and consultant in manufacturing and inventory management. He is the principal consultant of Inventory Management Solutions based in Toronto, Ontario.

Dennis has been providing education and know-how for over 25 years to manufacturing and distribution companies assisting them in achieving excellence in all aspects of inventory management in their supply chain in Canada, England, United States, Hungary, Romania, and Guyana. He combines his technical know-how gleaned from over 25 years of practical industry experience and became an independent consultant in 1986, specializing in inventory management, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management.

Bill Denbigh
TECSYS Transportation Systems (TTS)

 

Mr. Bill Denbigh joined TECSYS Transportation Systems (TTS) in 1990. He was appointed to the position of VP and GM of TTS in September, 2001, responsible for the day to day operations of the TTS division. In 2003, he was named VP of Supply Chain Logistics, using his vast logistics experience to push TECSYS' TMS and WMS offerings to even higher levels of excellence and integration. Mr. Denbigh has been in the logistics IT industry for over 20 years, working for such companies as American Software and Unilever.

 

Lillian K. Hamilton
Supply Chain Management Inc.

 

Lillian K. Hamilton, CHRP, is National Director, Human Resources and Labour Relations, Supply Chain Management Inc. She has been with Supply Chain Management for four years and leads a team of human resource, labour relations and legal professionals. She has a broad range of experience in addition to human resources including disaster recovery planning, software development, IT project management and consulting. Lillian has been a certified member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario since 1990, and recently earned the Queen's University Certificate in Industrial Relations.

 


Andrew Ashenhurst
Supply Chain Management Inc.

 

Andrew Ashenhurst is the Employment Affairs Manager for Supply Chain Management, and serves as the Company's in-house legal counsel on labour and employment matters. At SCM, Andrew manages employment litigation matters and advises the business units on a broad range of human resources issues, including human rights, labour relations and policy development. Prior to joining SCM, he practiced labour and employment law on behalf of management with a prominent boutique law firm in Toronto. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law of the University of Toronto.

 


Sheree Jamieson
Inventory Management Solutions

 

Sheree Jamieson brings 18+ years of experience leading and facilitating workshops within the college community and as an independent consultant. Her sessions are well know as fun, energetic, learning experiences that provide tools and skills that can be implemented immediately.

The Training Director for I M S Consulting/Inventory Management Solutions based in Toronto Ontario, her responsibilities include client contact to assess training needs, preparation and delivery of education and training workshops. The Lead instructor for a number of college programs, she has developed, managed and presented programs and courses in Leadership Development, Problem Solving Skills and Supply Management

 


Pamela Ruebusch
TSI Group

 

Pamela Ruebusch is the President and Senior Partner of TSI Group. She brings more than 15 years of human resources recruitment and executive search expertise, and is a highly regarded leader and innovator in the Supply Chain Management and Logistics Industry. She serves on the Advisory Board of Directors at Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business and Economics, and the Humber College Supply Chain Management and Logistics Advisory Board. Pamela has served on the Board of Directors of SCL Canada and has also been the Educational co-chair introducing supply chain curricula to post-secondary institutions across Canada

Over the past seven years, Pamela has been committed to acquiring knowledge and developing her expertise in human behaviour, organizational development and corporate evolution. Her passion is to help companies evolve and grow. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

 


John Scheel
Grand & Toy

 

John Scheel is the Director of Distribution Centre Operations for Grand and Toy. He brings more than 23 years of experience in the Logistics Industry. Prior to joining Grand & Toy in 1999 John spent 16 years in a variety of management roles with Purolator Courier. In 1999, John joined Grand & Toy as the Director of National Transportation and has lead Grand & Toy in the development of Transportation and Warehousing system design and the implementation of process improvement initiatives. He currently manages Grand & Toy's largest distribution center in Canada.

 


David Wood
Mother Parker’s Tea/Coffee Inc.

 

David Wood has 16 years experience in Freight and Distribution; the last 9 years have been spent with Mother Parker's Tea & Coffee. While there, his responsibilities have included Warehousing, Transportation and Customs. David is the Team Leader for C-TPAT responsible for Application, Implementation and Validation. Mother Parker's Tea & Coffee was approved into the C-TPAT program September 2003 and has just recently finished the Validation process with US Customs.

 


Calvin West
Hubbell Canada LP

Calvin West is the Distribution Manager for Hubbell Canada LP located in Pickering Ontario. He has 20 years experience in manufacturing and distribution, the last 10 years with Hubbell Canada. While at Hubbell Canada his responsibilities have included warehousing, purchasing, transportation, ERP/WMS system implementation and the creation of the Kaizen Performance Office. He is a member of Supply Chain and Logistics Canada and serves as a director for the Durham region chapter of APICS.
