Since 1993, Brady has trained and coached executives and managers in Fortune 500 companies across North America. His deep expertise is communication, specifically enabling leaders to unlock discretionary effort by engaging the emotions of their people through face-to-face conversation. Brady spent the first 6 years of his training career working with Eagle's Flight, one of the world's leading training organizations, as a researcher, designer and facilitator. In 1999, Brady launched his own business, Juice Inc. Juice's mission is to enrich peoples' lives by co-creating environments where it feels good to work and it's easier to get things done. Juice helps leaders and managers release high levels of employee engagement through the skill of Pull Conversation. As one of the two partners of Juice, Brady helps people experience others' realities. He makes the complex simple and creates experiences that move concepts from the head, to the heart to the hands. He has become an authority on how to unlock collaboration and draw out innovation to reach optimum performance levels.

Elina McGee's career has progressed from secretary of a major Canadian brewery to her present position as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of cars4U Ltd. Ms. McGee also holds a BA degree in Education from the University of Toronto and a BAA in Secretarial Science from Ryerson University.

Angie Re
CIBC

 

Angie Re is Manager, Administrative Services at CIBC. Angie Re's administration career spans over a 25-year period. Her current role as Manager, Administrative Services includes supporting a senior executive in Human Resources as well as managing a team of 5 administrative assistants. The support that Angie and her team provides includes operations, technology support, HR Information Systems support and all other aspects of HR Administration Support.

 


Lara Dodo

In 1998, Lara emigrated from South Africa to North America. Prior to settling in North America, Lara worked within the accounting and foreign exchange arenas. Upon settling in Toronto, Lara was introduced to Robert Half International Inc. (RHI), the parent company of OfficeTeam, the world's leader in administrative staffing. Her career with OfficeTeam has been both rewarding and challenging, allowing her the opportunity to consult with clients upon their staffing solutions as well as to assist currently unemployed individuals to secure rewarding career opportunities. During Lara's tenure with representing OfficeTeam and other divisions of the company, she was quickly promoted throughout the ranks of the organization and is now a Regional Manager of Toronto Operations. Lara's experience in the administrative industry has provided her with exposure to all phases of the job market cycle first-hand. Lara is thoroughly familiar with the skill sets that are currently in demand and is an expert in employment and workplace trends.
