Practice Description

Mr. Baston specializes in all aspects of the regulatory and tax framework for pension and employee compensation arrangements. He has a broad range of experience in advising clients on the intricacies of pension plans, retirement savings plans, profit-sharing plans, employee group benefit plans, and a wide variety of other employee and executive compensation programs. Mr. Baston has also served on the board of arbitration for a large public sector pension plan.
